Frequently asked questions
Answers about testing, documentation, storage and shipping — and a clear statement of the questions we will not answer.
No. Every material sold by Reborn Research is supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. Our products are not sterile, are not approved for human or veterinary use, and have not been evaluated for safety in any living organism. We do not sell to buyers who indicate an intent to use them that way, and any order that does is cancelled and refunded.
No. We do not provide dosing, reconstitution-for-administration, or any other guidance relating to use in humans or animals, and our team cannot answer questions framed that way. For analytical handling questions — storage temperature, solubility in laboratory solvents, stability of the lyophilate — we are glad to help.
It is the percentage of total peak area attributed to the main peak by reverse-phase HPLC with UV detection. It describes chromatographic purity of the material as analysed. It is not a potency figure and it is not a statement of safety or suitability for any use in a living organism.
No. Our reference materials are lyophilized powders supplied non-sterile. They carry no endotoxin specification unless a specific lot certificate states otherwise.
Yes. Recent lots are indexed on our Quality & Testing page. If your lot is not listed, send us the lot number printed on the vial and we will return the archived certificate for it.
Follow the storage condition listed on the product page and the vial label — normally -20 °C, sealed and protected from light. Let the vial reach room temperature before opening to limit condensation, and return it to storage promptly.
We ship within the United States to laboratory, institutional and business addresses, and to international destinations where the sale and import of research reference materials is permitted. It is the buyer's responsibility to confirm that a material may lawfully be imported into their jurisdiction before ordering.
They are Reborn catalog codes for reference peptides in our metabolic series. We use internal codes rather than the brand names of approved medicines, because these materials are analytical reference standards and should not be described as if they were those medicines.
Because these are temperature-sensitive laboratory materials, we cannot accept returns of opened vials. If a vial arrives damaged, if the lot documentation does not match, or if the material does not meet the certificate specification, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace or refund it. See Shipping & Returns for the full policy.
For gram-scale quantities or a compound outside the catalog, contact us with the sequence or CAS number, the quantity, and the purity specification you need, and we will come back with availability and lead time.
A note on scope
If your question is about what a compound does in a human body, how much of it to use, or how
to prepare it for administration, we cannot help — and no answer we could give would be a
safe one. Those questions belong with a licensed healthcare professional.
