1. Research use policy

By purchasing from Reborn Research, you represent and warrant each of the following:

1. You are at least 21 years of age.
2. You are a qualified researcher, or you are purchasing on behalf of a research institution, laboratory or business, and you are legally permitted to purchase and possess research reference materials in your jurisdiction.
3. You will use the materials solely for in-vitro laboratory research or analytical purposes.
4. You will not administer, or permit any other person to administer, any material purchased from Reborn Research to a human being or to an animal, by any route.
5. You will not resell, repackage or redistribute the materials as a drug, supplement, food, cosmetic or medical device, or in any manner that represents them as fit for human or veterinary use.
6. You are solely responsible for the safe handling, storage, use and disposal of the materials, and for compliance with every applicable law, regulation and institutional policy.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or refund any order, at our sole discretion and without explanation, where we believe these representations are not accurate. Orders whose communications indicate intended human or animal use are cancelled and refunded in full.

2. No medical claims

Nothing on this website is medical advice, and nothing here should be interpreted as a claim that any material can diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. No statement on this site has been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable authority. Where scientific literature is referenced, it is referenced as background on the analytical or in-vitro properties of a material and not as evidence of any benefit.

We do not provide dosing, administration, preparation-for-administration or clinical guidance of any kind, and our team is instructed not to respond to enquiries seeking it.

3. Product specifications

Purity, molecular weight, formula, CAS number and sequence data published on this site are reference values. The authoritative record for any individual vial is the certificate of analysis issued for that lot. Materials are supplied non-sterile, without an endotoxin specification unless the lot certificate states otherwise, and with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose beyond conformity with the lot certificate.

4. Orders, pricing and payment

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars and may change without notice. An order is an offer to purchase; it is accepted when we dispatch the goods. We may correct pricing or availability errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. Applicable taxes and duties are the buyer's responsibility.

5. Shipping and title

We ship to laboratory, institutional and business addresses. Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer on delivery to the carrier. The buyer is responsible for confirming that a material may lawfully be imported into the destination jurisdiction; we are not liable for materials seized, delayed or destroyed by customs authorities. 6. Returns

Opened vials cannot be returned. Damaged shipments, documentation mismatches and materials that fall outside the certificate specification are eligible for replacement or refund when reported within 7 days of delivery. Photographic evidence may be requested.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reborn Research's total liability arising out of or relating to any product or these terms is limited to the amount paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from use of a material outside its stated research purpose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Reborn Research, its officers, employees and suppliers against any claim, loss, liability or expense arising from your handling, use, storage, transfer, resale or disposal of any material purchased from us, or from any breach of these terms — including, without limitation, any claim arising from administration of a material to a human or animal.

9. Intellectual property

The Reborn Research name, wordmark, molecular mark, label design and all site content are the property of Reborn Research and may not be reproduced without written permission. Third-party compound names appear in the catalog solely to identify the chemical structure of a reference material and imply no affiliation with, or endorsement by, any trademark holder.

10. Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these terms at any time; the version in force is the one published on this page at the moment your order is placed.
