Privacy Policy
Last updated 14 August 2026. What we collect, why we hold it, and what we will never do with it.
What we collect
- Order information — name, organisation, shipping and billing address, email address and telephone number.
- Compliance records — the research-use attestation associated with your order, retained as evidence that the sale was made on stated terms.
- Technical data — standard web server logs and, if analytics are enabled, aggregate usage data.
Card details are handled by our payment processor and are never stored on our systems.
Why we hold it
To fulfil and support orders, to maintain lot traceability and compliance records, to meet tax and record-keeping obligations, and to respond when you contact us.
What we do not do
We do not sell, rent or trade customer information. We do not share it with advertisers. We disclose it only to the service providers required to fulfil an order — payment processing, shipping carriers — and where we are legally compelled to do so.
Retention
Order and compliance records are retained for as long as required by applicable tax and commercial law. Marketing contact details are removed on request.
Your choices
You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete information we are not legally required to retain. Email privacy@rebornresearch.life.
Cookies
This site stores your research-use attestation and your current order locally in your browser so you are not asked to confirm on every page. Clearing your browser storage removes both.
